Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Building Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing complex MEP construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP design review through turnover and commissioning.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams, contractors, and vendors to deliver projects.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and design changes while controlling safety, quality, and schedule.
