TW Constructors seeks an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of complex MEP systems for hyperscale data centers nationwide. You will act as the technical authority for MEP scopes, coordinating design, construction, commissioning, and turnover while working with owners, partners, and contractors.

The role requires 5+ years managing MEP for large-scale projects, expertise in power distribution, cooling, and controls, and willingness to travel or relocate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering required
• 5+ years of experience managing MEP systems for large-scale projects
• Experience delivering hyperscale data centers is strongly preferred
• Strong BIM/VDC coordination and commissioning knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP planning, coordination, and execution for hyperscale data center projects
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage systems
• Serve as the primary contact for MEP trade partners, engineers, and owners
• Drive constructability reviews, sequencing, and installation strategies
• Oversee MEP scheduling, procurement, and logistics planning
• Support cost management, change control, and value engineering for MEP scopes
