Job summary

TW Constructors is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of complex MEP systems for hyperscale data center projects nationwide. You will act as the GC's technical authority, coordinating with owners, design partners, contractors, and internal teams to meet schedule, budget, and stringent uptime standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing MEP systems for large-scale projects.
• Experience delivering hyperscale data centers as GC is strongly preferred.
• Experience with electrical/mechanical systems for data centers (power distribution, UPS, gens, cooling, controls).
• Knowledge of BIM/VDC coordination, commissioning, and system turnover.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP planning, coordination, and execution for hyperscale data center projects from preconstruction through turnover.
• Manage mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage systems.
• Serve as primary contact for MEP trade partners, design engineers, commissioning agents, and owner reps.
• Drive constructability reviews, system sequencing, and installation strategies.
• Oversee MEP scheduling, procurement, long-lead equipment tracking, and logistics.
• Ensure adherence to mission-critical standards (N, N+1, 2N) and uptime requirements.
• Lead MEP coordination meetings, clash detection, and BIM-based coordination.
• Support commissioning and IST testing with owners.
• Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with specs, codes, safety.
• Support cost management, change control, and VE initiatives.
• Mentor engineers and field staff.
• Travel is required.
