Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Current licensure or eligibility as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or equivalent in California.
• Experience providing individual, group, and family therapy.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and clinical interviewing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary, fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Complete psychosocial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, PCPs, and other team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed and participate in case conferences.
• Support discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Engage clients, families, and community resources to promote recovery.
