Role Description

The Mental Health Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Taft, CA. The therapist will conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, complete psychosocial assessments, and develop treatment plans tailored to client needs. Daily responsibilities include coordinating care with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team, as well as maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation. Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Mental Health and Social Work, with the ability to support diverse populations.
