Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active California license (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC) or registration (AMFT/ASW/APCC).
• Minimum 1 year of experience providing mental health services in outpatient settings.
• Experience serving underserved populations (Medi-Cal) preferred.
• Proficient in electronic health records and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulations and policies.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans; provide crisis intervention when needed.
