Clear Behavioral Health in Torrance, CA seeks an experienced outpatient therapist to deliver individual and group psychotherapy, develop personalized treatment plans, and foster a supportive healing environment.

You will work on a multidisciplinary team, conduct suicide risk assessments, participate in weekly clinical meetings, and contribute to client progress from admission to discharge. This on-site role offers competitive pay and benefits, with a focus on compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Registered Therapist status (AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent).
• Hold a Master's degree.
• Minimum of 1 year's clinical experience focusing on adult mental health.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive individual psychotherapy to clients.
• Lead group psychotherapy sessions, develop topics based on client needs and evidence-based practices.
• Manage and deliver up to 25 client-facing service hours per week, with up to 15 hours for administrative duties.
• Responsible for therapeutic care from admission through discharge.
• Complete suicide risk assessments and Crisis Safety Plans for at-risk clients.
• May support additional programs remotely or at nearby locations.
