Job summary

Default Brand is seeking a part-time therapist for on-site work. You will provide the full range of behavioral health treatment including assessments, individual/family/group therapy, and crisis intervention under supervision.

You will document according to regulations, support patient safety, and contribute to recovery by engaging clients in treatment planning and community resources. Expect collaboration with coordinators and adherence to HIPAA and program standards.

Qualifications

• Therapists must hold an active LPC or LSW license through the Ohio CSWMFT Board.
• Substance use services require a dependent license through the Ohio Credentialing Board/CDCA/LCDC-II/LCDC-III.
• Heart Saver, Aegis Crisis Prevention, and First Aid within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide full range of behavioral health treatment under supervision.
• Perform diagnostic assessment and individual/family/group therapy.
• Ensure documentation aligns with Medicaid/Medicare, ACHC, OH rules and CARF.
• Develop safety plans and crisis management; coordinate afterhours care.
• Engage patients in treatment planning; promote recovery and community integration.
• Maintain EMR usage, HIPAA/42 CFR compliance, and timely clinical notes.
