Job summary

Priddy Spaces in Atlanta, GA, seeks an on-site Sales Manager to drive member acquisition and retention for flexible office space. You will lead tours, promotions, and broker relationships while delivering exceptional customer service and brand representation.

Reporting to ownership, you will implement sales strategies, manage networking events, and coordinate with Growth leadership to hit monthly occupancy and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or co-working space experience is helpful.
• Hands-on sales and leasing knowledge to drive member acquisition.
• Ability to build relationships with brokers and potential members.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, tour, follow up, and close on flexible office space solutions.
• Generate leads via networking events, promotions, and broker relationships.
• Meet occupancy, sales and collections goals monthly.
• Coordinate with ownership and leadership on strategy and reporting.
• Provide exceptional service to members and prospective customers.
