Industrious is seeking a Member Experience Manager to oversee a site in Atlanta, GA. This on-site role combines hospitality with consultative sales, connecting with local businesses to deliver exceptional days at work. You’ll drive member experiences, coordinate programming, and represent Industrious in the community.

You’ll engage with members, identify their needs, and deliver solutions while managing events and operations to ensure a smooth, welcoming environment every day.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Stand, bend, kneel, reach and walk for extended periods.
• Operate machines / appliances as necessary (printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives).
• Participate in food preparation and cleaning, following health and safety regulations.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the go-to problem solver and experience creator for members.
• Identify potential members and deliver consultative solutions to their needs.
• Coordinate and host events and programming that the community loves.
• Represent Industrious in the local market and build relationships with the broader business community.
• Pull together the most remarkable experiences while handling the behind-the-scenes work.
