Job summary

Venture X in Atlanta, GA seeks a full-time Associate Sales Manager to drive revenue and member engagement across Georgia locations. You will work as a sales consultant helping members select flexible office space solutions, while delivering exceptional hospitality and service.

The role travels between locations, supports sales teams during PTO, and ensures operational consistency. Strong communication, team spirit, and willingness to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or co-working space experience is helpful.
• Energetic team player with a positive personality.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills.
• Must be able to lift over 50 lbs and travel between locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with prospecting, tours, and tour follow-ups.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and prospects.
• Support occupancy, sales, marketing and financial goals.
• Coordinate events and member onboarding to build community.
• Handle front desk duties, mail handling, and office supplies.
• Assist with billing processes and collections as needed.
