Industrious is hiring an on-site Member Experience Manager in Atlanta to lead daily hospitality operations and connect with a growing community of members. You will own local programming, events, and client engagement to create exceptional experiences every day.

You will collaborate with teams across sales, events, and facilities, delivering proactive service and solutions while representing Industrious at the neighborhood level.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Stand, bend, kneel, reach and walk for extended periods.
• Operate kitchen appliances and related equipment as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and problem-solve for members.
• Thrive in a collaborative hospitality environment.
