Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time, high-quality customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail, concierge, sales-adjacent, or premium service environments.
• Track record of hitting goals or performance targets.
• Ability to build trust quickly and make clients comfortable.
• Resilience to rejection with a focus on outcomes.
• Strong active listening to understand clients.
• Capable of managing a high volume of interactions without quality loss.
• Some leadership experience or potential for growth into team leads/supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through available options with a consultative approach and encourage next steps.
• Listen carefully, ask questions, and document client information accurately.
• Work toward individual KPIs and contribute to team performance goals.
• Handle objections with composure and redirect toward solutions.
• Coordinate handoffs between internal teams to maintain a seamless experience.
• Follow up with clients to keep momentum and prevent gaps.
