Job summary

Service Credit Union is seeking a full-time, on-site Mail and Transaction Processing Team Lead in Rochester, NH. You will ensure accurate, compliant handling of all transactions, lead a team, and drive process improvements for member-focused service.

You will oversee mail processing, reconcile transactions, and collaborate with management to meet SLAs and KPIs. A High School diploma and 2+ years in related work are required, with benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in related field experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while meeting SLAs and KPIs.
• Post and reconcile incoming transactions including payments and deposits.
• Handle member inquiries and assist with escalated issues.
• Monitor queues and allocate resources to meet business needs.
• Perform quality control to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Open, sort, and process incoming mail and parcels.
• Support department projects and process improvements.
