Job summary

Industrious is seeking a on-site Member Experience Manager in Plano, TX. You will be the face of the location, connecting with members, hosting events, and driving community engagement to create an exceptional workplace experience.

You will identify member needs, plan programming, and build relationships with local businesses, while maintaining high standards of service and operations.

Qualifications

• Perform repetitive tasks with up to 25 lbs lifting.
• Stand, bend, kneel, reach and walk for extended periods.
• Operate kitchen equipment and appliances as needed.
• Participate in food prep and maintain health and safety compliance.
• Keep work areas sanitary and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Identify members' needs and deliver impactful solutions as the tour guide of the community.
• Plan and execute member programs and events the community loves (even Instagram-worthy moments).
• Provide exceptional member service and support in a fast-paced environment.
• Represent Industrious in the local market and build a strong member network.
• Coordinate tours, outreach, and sales activities to grow membership.
