Job summary

SpaGo MedSpa, located in Erie, Pennsylvania, seeks a Practice Manager to drive daily operations, lead the administrative team, and strengthen accountability. You will oversee scheduling, SOP adherence, inventory control, and performance metrics to ensure an exceptional patient experience and efficient practice performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in practice management, spa management, healthcare administration, or similar leadership role.
• Proven ability to oversee daily operations and staff coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience monitoring operational performance, maintaining reports, or managing KPIs.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to operational challenges.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and office productivity tools.
• On-site work in Erie, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative and business operations to ensure an organized, efficient, and welcoming practice environment.
• Coordinate daily schedules, appointment flow, staffing coverage, and operational priorities.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement practical improvements that enhance productivity and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain and reinforce SOPs for scheduling, patient communication, check-in/check-out, follow-up, and administrative workflows.
• Ensure the practice is organized, supplied, and prepared for daily operations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for operational questions and staff support.
• Assist with front-office responsibilities and patient coordination when needed.
• Monitor and report on KPI metrics to support growth and efficiency.
• Oversee inventory tracking, ordering, receiving, and vendor coordination.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of team members.
• Escalate operational concerns to leadership with professional, constructive approach.
