• 2+ years of leadership or management experience in medical aesthetics, luxury retail, or high-end customer service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with clinic operations and patient experience excellence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, polished patient experience from first contact to follow-up.
• Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow across locations.
• Mentor and onboard new PCC staff and coordinate with Leadership for training.
• Manage front desk financials, scheduling, and cost controls.
• Collaborate with Marketing for patient-facing content and promotions.
