Advanced MedAesthetic Partners, Inc. is seeking a Practice Manager to lead our premier medical spa location in the Portland/Beaverton area.

You will guide a high-performing team, streamline processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of management, a strong grasp of P&L, and a background in medical aesthetics or luxury service.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or five years of relevant management experience preferred.
Knowledge of P&L and financial management principles.
Proven leadership acumen with high-level business operations.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.
Exceptional communication skills for team and distinguished clientele.
Open availability: Sunday–Saturday during operating hours, with at least one weekend day per month.
Background in medical aesthetics, luxury retail, or high-end customer service is valued.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate operational excellence and supervise staff to optimize workflow.
Design and implement strategies to elevate patient experience and business performance.
Oversee marketing, PR, Google reviews and customer engagement initiatives.
Manage inventory and scheduling; ensure timely patient care and accurate records.
Ensure HIPAA compliance and clinical regulatory adherence.
Lead recruitment and onboarding in collaboration with HR; coach and develop staff.
Monitor KPIs and drive growth to hit quarterly targets.
