Job summary

Empower Aesthetics is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee operations of our medical spa across Albany and Glens Falls, NY. You will lead scheduling, inventory, staff development, and marketing collaborations to deliver outstanding patient experiences while sustaining revenue growth.

This role requires a business/healthcare management background, 2+ years in leadership, familiarity with OSHA/HIPAA, and proficiency with MS Office and practice management software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field.
• 2+ years of management experience in the healthcare/retail space.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in healthcare.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and practice management software systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations: scheduling, inventory, and facilities.
• Communicate directives to site staff and align with goals.
• Manage patient scheduling, front desk ops, and customer service initiatives.
