Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of construction planning, monitoring, and control.
• Extensive knowledge of coating and insulation operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.
• Experience managing union craft on heavy industrial projects.
• Heavy industrial U.S. direct-hire construction experience.
• Familiar with ES&H Handbook and Bechtel Core Processes.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and Zero Accidents program.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise craft activities; schedule work and review progress.
• Interface with Labor/Industrial Relations for recruitment and training.
• Review craft time records using automated tools.
• Own cost, schedule, and optimization of craft labor; manage look-ahead plans.
• Determine workforce requirements and coordinate operational plans.
• Coordinate activities with other disciplines and client representatives.
• Champion ZERO Accident safety culture and ensure compliance.
• Interpret engineering/design documents with field engineers.
• Oversee constructability issues with design and subcontractors.
