Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor).
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods including machining, stamping, and molding.
• Experience designing tooling, fixtures, and jigs.
• Understanding of material properties for manufacturing applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with PLCs and automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop manufacturing equipment, tooling, and fixtures to improve production efficiency and quality.
• Optimize processes and machinery for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings of components and assemblies.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and operators to implement improvements.
• Research and evaluate new manufacturing technologies and equipment.

• Oversee fabrication, installation, and commissioning of new equipment.
