Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on mechanical design experience with aerospace focus.
• Proficiency in CATIA V5/V6 and FEA software (ANSYS/Abaqus).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex mechanical systems for aerospace applications.
• Perform detailed stress, thermal, and vibration analyses using FEA tools.
• Collaborate with aerodynamics, structures, and systems engineers to integrate designs.
• Develop and manage BOMs and maintain technical documentation.
• Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation activities and ensure production readiness.
