• Proven ability to analyze production processes and improve efficiency.
• Familiarity with Lean tools and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and control.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with diverse teams.
• Hands-on approach in Queenstown, Eastern Cape.
• Proficiency with MS Office; CAD or simulation tools a plus.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
