Job summary

Knobelsdorff is seeking an on-site administrative coordinator to support the project site team with logistics, documentation, and quality control. You will coordinate material handling, tool tracking, reporting, and daily updates to improve site efficiency, safety, and production tracking.

Ideal candidates bring experience in project or construction management, knowledge of electrical construction, and a valid driver’s license, with the ability to travel up to 100% regionally as required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Project Management, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of electrical construction.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel up to 100% within regional states (including overnight stays) as required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all material and equipment deliveries, ensure offloading, storage, and accountability.
  • Coordinate material handling; report shortages/discrepancies to Site Superintendent and PM team.
  • Work with crews to identify tool needs; escalate non-standard requests as needed.
  • Populate Traqspera timecards with proper phase codes.
  • Prepare and submit daily Procore logs with progress updates, quality checks, and photos.
  • Support safety and quality measures under direction of Site Superintendent and PM team.

Job Description

This role supports the project site team by providing on-site administrative, logistical, and quality support under the direction of the Site Superintendent. You’ll be responsible for coordinating material handling, tool tracking, documentation, and reporting that directly impacts site efficiency, safety, and production tracking. Success in this role means maintaining organization, accountability, and accurate reporting across materials, tools, and crew progress, all while upholding KE’s commitment to Safety, People, Passion, and Performance. What You’ll Do

You’ll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Oversee and accept all material and equipment deliveries, ensuring proper offloading, storage, and accountability
  • Coordinate material handling and report shortages or discrepancies to the Site Superintendent and Project Management team

  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively (up to 100%) within regional states, including overnight stays for extended periods as required

Pay Range

Pay Range: $25 - $35 per hour plus per diem and incentive opportunities.
