Job summary

Paslin in Michigan seeks a Project Materials Supervisor to manage material flow and inventory across build and integration sites, ensuring timely support for manufacturing and maintaining ERP data accuracy.

You will lead a team of material coordinators, coordinate with Project Management and Supply Chain to meet timelines, and drive continuous improvement while prioritizing safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain, engineering or MIS preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing in a similar role, 2 years of leadership.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (AX preferred).
• Knowledge of safety best practices for material movement; OSHA 30-hour is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee material flow and inventory management across build and integration sites.
• Lead and develop a team of material coordinators, handlers, and crib attendants.
• Maintain accurate ERP data and collaborate with Project Management and Supply Chain.
• Facilitate material movement between facilities, lead audits, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
