Job summary

The Paslin Company is seeking a Project Materials Supervisor to manage material flow and inventory across build and integration sites, ensuring timely support for manufacturing processes. You will lead a team of material coordinators and maintain ERP data accuracy while coordinating with multiple departments to meet project goals.

Role requires 5+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience and proficiency with ERP systems (AX preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain, engineering or MIS preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing in a similar role, 2 years of leadership.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (AX preferred).
• Knowledge of safety best practices for material movement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee material flow and inventory management across build and integration sites to ensure timely support for manufacturing processes.
• Lead and develop a team of material coordinators, handlers, and crib attendants.
• Maintain accurate ERP data and manage vendor-supplied inventory.
• Collaborate with Project Management and Supply Chain to meet project timelines and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate material movement between facilities and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety.
