Job summary

Lubrizol Corporation is seeking a Material Coordinator to manage the site engineering stores inventory and support the maintenance work order kitting process. You will act as the focal point for acquisition, scheduling, and distribution of spare parts, consumables, materials, equipment, and supplies to keep plant assets operating efficiently and safely.

You will collaborate with a diverse team and external vendors to ensure timely delivery, cost optimization, and compliance with material

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 3+ years of operational experience in an industrial plant, focusing on materials coordination.
• Knowledge of SAP/CMMS requisition system and store stock material master systems.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage site engineering stores inventory.
• Ensure maintenance work order kitting processes are effective.
• Act as focal point for acquisition, scheduling, and distribution of spare parts and materials.
• Submit requisitions for standard priced materials and ensure contract pricing compliance.
• Coordinate with planners and procurement to verify contractor approvals and material availability.
• Update material status in CMMS and communicate with planners and engineers.
