Job summary

RTX's McKinney, TX-based supply chain role focuses on planning, material availability, and production support to meet contractual obligations. You will work closely with factory and operations teams to maintain MRP health and ensure timely material movement.

The position requires SAP experience and a solid grasp of MRP processes, with a preference for candidates from manufacturing or government contractor environments. Onsite role with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree or equivalent experience.
• U.S. Citizen required to access program information.
• Experience with SAP.
• Experience with MRP processes and/or software.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial engineering, preferably in a government contractor environment similar to RTX.
• Experience with SAP, Kinaxis, CMES or similar software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Material stock availability: balance customer demands with inventory and production.
• Prepare production requisitions based on master production schedule and inventory needs.
• Collaborate with program support to resolve material shortages affecting builds.
• Coordinate flow of materials to meet customer requirements and schedules.
• Provide status on material availability and potential supply problems.
• Coordinate cross-functional activity with QA, factory ops, supply chain, engineering and PM.
