Job summary

Kendall Auto Group in Meridian, Idaho is seeking a Marketing Technical Support Specialist to assist dealership personnel with marketing and technology channels. This role is on-site and involves troubleshooting, QA testing, and coordinating with various automotive brands.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a background in technical support, and familiarity with website and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

Handling incoming support calls, emails (Inventory support, Website support, Solving tickets or creating tickets for follow-up).
Identify and resolve inventory issues from DMS, IMS, and CMS.
Inventory reports and Website Quality Assurance testing.
Phone number QA testing and Website/Vendor audits.
