Job summary

Manson Construction Co. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and completion of large marine projects on-site. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, schedules, and client relations, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires extensive experience in heavy civil construction, strong leadership, and proficiency in project controls, with travel to Gulf and East Coast projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years of heavy civil construction experience.
• Recent experience as a project manager for heavy civil construction.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Leads and directly supervises employees on a construction site.
• Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the planning, execution, and completion of large and complex marine construction projects.
• Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure progress on schedule and within budget.
• Develops or oversees the Project Plan, including budget, schedule, and scope.
• Communicates contract changes and time/cost impact analysis; negotiates with client and vendors.
• Ensures safety, quality, and compliance with environmental standards.
