Manson Construction Co. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to serve as the authorized project representative.

You will lead the project team, drive schedule and budget performance, ensure compliance with contracts and safety standards, and coordinate with clients and vendors across marine construction sites in the Northwest and beyond. The role requires a technical engineering degree and 10–15 years of construction leadership experience in marine or heavy civil contexts, with strong

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in a technical area (e.g., Civil Engineering, Coastal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Ocean Engineering, Construction Management).
• 10–15 years of construction experience in marine or heavy civil projects.
• Project management and supervisory experience required.
• Experience with scheduling, estimating, and project management software preferred.
• Marine/structures/heavy lifts/concrete construction experience preferred.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
• 30-hour OSHA certification preferred.
• Fall Protection Competent Person preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team and ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and complies with contracts and permits.
• Plan and coordinate time frames, funding, resources; manage staffing and materials.
• Maintain CPM baseline schedules and monthly updates.
• Ensure adequate resources and monitor progress within budget.
• Communicate contract changes and negotiate with clients/vendors ethically.
• Monitor financial progress and prepare labor, cost, and forecast reports.
