Job summary

Manson Construction Co. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large marine construction projects on-site, ensuring safety, schedule, scope, and budget adherence.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with clients, regulators, and subcontractors, manage project plans, cost control, risk management, and quality assurance, while upholding ethics. Travel within Gulf and East Coast areas is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of heavy civil construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, ocean engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Recent experience as a project manager for heavy civil construction.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of large/multi‑discipline marine projects.
• Lead project team and mentor staff to maintain a positive environment.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and contract/permit requirements.
• Manage project financials, including labor, cost, and forecast reports.
