Manson Construction Co. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large marine construction projects on-site, ensuring safety, schedule, scope, and budget adherence.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with clients, regulators, and subcontractors, manage project plans, cost control, risk management, and quality assurance, while upholding ethics. Travel within Gulf and East Coast areas is required.
The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale marine construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and on budget. This is an on-site role that involves managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with clients, regulatory bodies, and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for project scheduling, cost control, risk management, quality assurance, and ethics compliance.

Travel associated with project assignments within Manson’s Gulf and East Coast area will be required for this position.

Position is primarily a field position, and will require travel, including visits and monitoring of construction job sites. Employee must be able to wear the personal protective equipment (PPE) required of various construction work environments (hard hats, personal floatation devices, safety glasses, gloves, safety-toed shoes, respirators, etc. The employee is required to stand, walk, use stairs, ladders, and step stools and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and may occasionally lift and/or up to 50 pounds. Must be able to navigate stairs, ladders and gangways, board, work on and disembark floating vessels and structures. The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud. The employee may be required to sit for extended periods of time.
