Manson Construction Co. is seeking an on-site Project Engineer to join the Project Management Team.

You will provide engineering support, quality control, and field coordination across marine construction sites in the region, collaborating with project engineers and managers to drive successful project execution. Ideal candidates have a civil engineering or construction management background and a hands-on approach to problem solving, with willingness to travel to project sites throughout the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 0-2 years of construction experience.
• Marine/structures/heavy lifts experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic proficiency with AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
• Ability to analyze issues and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, shop drawings, and specifications for quality and contract compliance.
• Maintain, distribute up-to-date plans and specs to management, crews, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Document daily reports, progress logs, and timecards with accuracy.
• Coordinate material delivery and inspect arrivals for compliance.
• Assist in planning field layout and 5-week scheduling with project team.
• Prepare submittals and review vendor/subcontractor submissions.
