Oldcastle APG in Katy, TX is seeking a Site Manager to lead a fast-paced Dry Mix concrete manufacturing facility. You will supervise a production team, monitor key performance measures, budgets, safety, production flow and material costs to deliver bottom-line results.

This onsite role requires a bachelor's degree (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience, strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, plus P&L experience and the ability to collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent of ten years of progressive related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is a plus
• Experience in planning, negotiating and organizational skills
• Prior P&L experience
• Strong leadership skills while maintaining a team atmosphere
• Solid computer skills and written/oral communication

Responsabilités

• Plan and schedule production activities and supervise the production process
• Oversee maintenance of all equipment and manage downtime; implement preventive maintenance
• Manage inventory control, counts and audits
• Commit to health, safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping and environmental compliance
• Estimate production costs and ensure high quality standards and customer service
• Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs
• Maximize use of transportation/logistics
• Collaborate with suppliers, sales and customers to execute company goals
• Ensure SOX compliance and regulatory requirements
• Support achievement of financial targets and corporate returns
• Adhere to all local and federal environmental regulations
• Perform other duties as needed
