Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum eight years of progressively responsible leadership experience in the automotive industry, preferably Tier 1.
• Experience overseeing Maintenance, Quality, Logistics and related functions; Paint and Injection Molding a plus.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, problem-solving, and quality systems.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Able to relocate across the United States as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, production, delivery, cost and efficiency targets.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable goals and performance expectations.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
• Provide direction and resources to teams while removing barriers to results.
• Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement and innovation across operations.
