Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain work areas to meet and exceed customer requirements.
• Ensure TS16949 and ISO14001 work instructions are followed.
• Monitor and improve safety, environmental, and ergonomic practices on the shop floor.
• Lead rooting-out of issues, drive corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
• Train new employees and coach teams toward business goals.
• Manage overtime, schedules, and attendance with fairness.
