Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production to meet schedules and customer requirements.
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency improvements.
• Supervise production supervisors and team leads.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
• Analyze production performance and initiate corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
