Responsabilités

• Plan, organize and control production to ensure on-time, on-budget output to standard.
• Train and facilitate process improvements to maintain world class manufacturing.
• Collaborate across Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Logistics and Management to improve efficiency.
• Address personnel issues, hire/train staff, conduct performance reviews and enforce safety procedures.
