Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of production and/or engineering experience at a manager level.
• Experience in an automotive manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and production activities of the business unit.
• Supervise teams including Shift Superintendents and Production Supervisors.
• Monitor and improve production efficiency and key performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with quality system directives.
• Participate in APQP and PDP events as required.
