Job summary

Magna International is seeking an Automotive Manufacturing Program Manager to lead customer programs from quotation through launch and sustained production. You will interface with engineering, quality, operations, supply chain, and plant leadership to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery aligned with customer requirements.

Ideal candidate has strong automotive program mgmt experience, including APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and tool, die casting, or machining knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead automotive manufacturing programs from award to launch and ramp-up.
• Develop and communicate program timing plans, milestones, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with engineering, quality, operations, supply chain, tooling, and plant leadership.
• Manage APQP activities including PFMEA, control plans, PPAP submissions.
• Monitor budgets, tooling costs, and change requests to meet financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO requirements; prepare status reports.
