• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a staff of supervisors to ensure on-time production with safety, service, cost and quality.
• Develop methods to improve productivity within budgets.
• Plan and execute strategies supporting production objectives across cross-functional teams.
• Promote safety culture and address production challenges to meet goals.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure plant performance.
• Coordinate with Sales/Marketing to align production with market needs.
