MAT Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the manufacturing team and drive production excellence on-site in Springfield, MN.

You will oversee supervisors, ensure safety, quality, and cost targets, and implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to boost productivity. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales and shipping, to align production with market demand and schedules.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent analytical skills
• Knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a staff of supervisors to ensure timely production and to meet safety, service levels, cost, and quality.
• Develop and implement methods to improve productivity within budgets.
• Plan and execute strategies to support production objectives through leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Establish and maintain KPI’s to measure plant performance.
• Coordinate with Sales/Marketing to respond to customer and market needs.
