Job summary

MAT Holdings, Inc. seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead the manufacturing team in Springfield, MN.

You will supervise a staff of supervisors, drive production excellence, and ensure safety, quality, and cost targets are met while implementing Lean and Six Sigma initiatives. The role requires strong communication with upper management and cross-functional collaboration with sales and shipping to align production with market demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of manufacturing management experience.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a staff of supervisors to ensure safe, on-time production and quality.
• Develop and implement productivity improvements within payroll and expense budgets.
• Plan and execute strategies with cross-functional teams to meet production objectives.
• Establish KPI's to measure plant performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Sales/Marketing to respond to customer/market needs.
