Job summary

MAT Holdings, Inc. in Springfield, MN seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing team, drive production excellence, safety, quality, and cost targets. You will supervise supervisors, align with sales and shipping, and implement Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.

The role requires a bachelor’s in Business or Engineering, 3–5 years managing in manufacturing, and knowledge of SAP. Salary range is $90,000–$110,000 with bonus; on-site, full-time, strong leadership culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience managing in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a staff of supervisors to ensure on-time production and safety, cost, and quality goals.
• Develop productivity methods within payroll and expense budgets.
• Plan and execute strategies with cross-functional teams including Sales/Marketing.
• Establish KPI’s and drive continuous improvement and Kaizen events.
• Oversee ECOs and coordinate with Shipping for timely delivery.
