Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of manufacturing operations management experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ERP experience (SAP or similar).

• Develop and implement productivity improvements within budget.
• Plan and execute cross-functional strategies to achieve production objectives.
• Foster strong safety culture and effective communication across management, sales, and shipping.
