Qualifications

• Experience applying Lean and Six Sigma to manufacturing environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to coach supervisors.
• SAP or similar ERP system knowledge and usage in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a staff of supervisors to ensure safe, timely production while meeting service, cost, and quality targets.
• Develop and implement productivity improvements within payroll and expense budgets.
• Plan and execute strategies with cross-functional teams to achieve production objectives.
