Job summary

Watkins Wellness is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead the Vista Operations team in an on-site capacity. The role oversees daily production activities, coaches supervisors, and partners with planning, quality, and maintenance to meet safety, quality, and cost expectations.

The ideal candidate combines people leadership with hands-on operations, leveraging data to drive performance and continuous improvement across KPI metrics and production processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience maintaining and using KPI reporting to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prepare reports, performance reviews, worksheets, charts, schedules, procedures, and related business documents.
• ERP system experience is helpful.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to support operational needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to present information effectively to employees, supervisors, managers, and executive leaders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers, internal departments, service providers, and customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities and provide direction to supervisors and production teams.
• Collaborate with planning, logistics, quality, procurement, inventory, and maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.
• Balance people leadership, operational execution, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Use data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Influence employee development, workplace safety, production efficiency, and long-term operational success.
• Prepare and present production reports to inform strategic planning.
