Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 8-10 years in manufacturing operations with 3-5 years in leadership.
• Experience implementing lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Strong process, production planning, and supply chain knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MES and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage manufacturing floor activities including scheduling, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team fostering accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Implement lean principles, Six Sigma, and best practices to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and quality to ensure smooth product introductions and QC.
• Develop and manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and report to senior leadership.
• Identify and implement new technologies and automation to cut costs and raise quality.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Manage maintenance and calibration programs to minimize downtime.
