Job summary

Watlow is seeking a Team Leader, Manufacturing to lead a frontline manufacturing team, ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent production of quality products. You will drive daily performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCP) and foster accountability and continuous improvement.

You will coach team members, remove barriers, and apply the Watlow Business System to achieve excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience supervising in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily manufacturing operations to safely meet production schedules and customer commitments.
• Lead safety activities, identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Coach and develop production team members, conduct performance discussions and feedback.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
